我的论文被中文核心期刊录用了，导师说让我再翻译成英文的发表到英文期刊上，这算一稿多投吗？
应该可以的，记得有些人专门翻译国外的文章发表，而且还在赚稿费，你是翻译自己的，所以这不会涉及到道德问题，放心去做吧，不要想太多，有时候导师的意见是很重要的，毕业之前一定要仔细听，好好听~
国内期刊能接受英文稿件吗？
应该不可以，其实机器学习计算方面的有很多国际会议可以投稿啊，去年投了ICMLC还不错成功出版检索了，跟你文章主题差不多，你可以试试，明年会在澳门开。

投过中文核心期刊可否修改后再投外文期刊?

将以前的中文核心论文改改能投SCI吗
不行 属于一稿多投作者不可同时将同一篇论文同时投稿到两家以上的期刊，就算是部分论文也不行。 此规定对即使是两家分属地方与国际、不同读者群的期刊也适用。虽然很多作者没注意到，不过重复发表是违反发表道德的。而且如果同时出现两家期刊收录的情况，也会引起不必要的争端，所以在论文投递中，作者必须做到一稿一投。
