神经外科的第一大常见疾病是什么?
神经外科看的病主要分为两大类：颅神经和脊神经病变，一、颅神经主要有颅脑外伤、脑血管病以及脑肿瘤。1、脑外伤中有脑震荡、脑挫裂伤、脑干损伤、脑内的血肿，（急性的硬膜外血肿、硬膜下血肿以及慢性的硬膜外硬膜下血肿）、火器伤等。2、颅内肿瘤主要有垂体瘤、星形细胞瘤、脑膜瘤、先天性的肿瘤（颅咽管瘤、皮样囊肿等）。3、脑血管病变主要有动脉瘤、颅内动静脉畸形、海绵窦瘘等。二、对于颅脑中的脊神经病变，主要有脊髓的损伤、椎管内的肿瘤、椎管的感染性病变等。
